Terms and Conditions

We know that this will not affect nor be of any concern to the large majority of our customers.

1) No loud noise at any time and defiantly no noise after 10.00pm This is to respect for neighbours who work. Mainly loud noise outside on the deck as the noise travels.
2)There is a bond of $300.00 to be paid to us on arrival, either in cash or cheque and it will be refunded when you leave if there is no breakages or extra guest.
3) No parking in driveway or in front of the garage please. There is only parking for 2 vehicles inside the property. If you have a boat please let us know and we will try and arrange extra parking. It is fine to load or unload your vehicle for a short period in the drive.

If you have any questions or feel that our Term and Conditions will affect or compromise your stay with us in any way please contact us.
